Yes, we offer a variety of consulting services to nonprofit and for-profit property owners and developers, including asset management, financial analysis, Year 15 / tax credit compliance issues, real estate brokerage, construction and project management, and strategic development planning--we help clients bring together the necessary elements to get their projects approved and built on time and within budget.
