Aren't there a lot of other companies in Los Angeles that do what NUV does?
There are certainly a few firms that have produced outstanding urban infill development projects in underserved areas around Los Angeles. However, there are not very many groups focused on development opportunities in emerging LA submarkets that can match NUV's ability to utilize relationships with community groups, elected officials, churches, investors, lenders and the business community to successfully produce results.
